Yes. Yeply performs maintenance and repairs on Lekker Bikes. Our bike mechanics specialise in city bikes and e-bikes and work according to established quality and safety guidelines.
❓ What is the difference between full maintenance and repair?
Full maintenance. We go over the entire bike according to a standard checklist. Components are checked, adjusted, and tightened where necessary.
Bee repair. We solve a specific problem, such as poor shifting, brakes that do not work properly or a defective part.
❓ Does the Yeply bicycle repairman come to my home?
Yes, that's possible. When you submit your request, you can indicate whether you'd like to schedule an appointment at the workshop or prefer to have a mechanic come to your home. Home service depends on availability in your region.
❓ Are call-out charges included in the price?
Yes, the prices mentioned include call-out charges. Any replacement parts and installation costs are not included.
❓ What if additional work is required during the appointment?
If any parts need to be replaced or additional work is required, the bicycle mechanic will always discuss this with you first. Nothing will be done without your approval.
❓ How do I indicate my availability?
During the application, you can use a maximum of three preferred moments. Specify the date and time of day (morning or afternoon). Yeply will then schedule the appointment as efficiently as possible based on this information.
❓ Do I have to be home during the appointment?
Yes, we ask that you be present so the bike mechanic has access to the bike and can discuss any questions immediately. Payment will also be made on-site.
❓ What happens after I submit my application?
After submitting your request, Yeply will contact you to confirm your appointment or ask any additional questions. Only then will the appointment be finalised.
❓ Does maintenance or repairs via Yeply affect my warranty at Lekker Bikes?
Maintenance and repairs by Yeply will not affect your warranty, as long as the work is carried out in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines. Yeply follows established quality and safety procedures and uses suitable parts where necessary.
❓ What happens if my bicycle cannot be repaired immediately?
If it turns out the repair can't be carried out immediately, the mechanic will discuss the next steps with you. In some cases, a follow-up appointment or workshop visit is necessary. This is always done in consultation with you.
