Instructions:
If you need an urgent repair for your bike, follow these steps:
- Log In to My Business:
- Access your My Business account using your email and password.

- Navigate to Damage Reports:
- Go to the "Damage Reports" section in the platform.

- Create a Damage Report:
- Select the bike that needs urgent repair.
- Click on "Actions" and then "Report Damage."
- Fill in the location, damage type, and a detailed description of the problem.
- Submit the Report:
- Review the information and submit the damage report.

- Receive Confirmation:
- You will receive an appointment confirmation via email or SMS within 48 hours (on business days) for the repair.
Tips:
- Clearly describe the urgency of the repair in the damage report to help our team prioritize your request.
- Ensure your contact information is up-to-date to receive timely notifications.
