Scheduling an appointment with Yeply begins when you submit a damage report via our My Business platform. Within 24 hours (on working days), we will send you an appointment proposal by email or SMS. You can confirm or reject this appointment. If we don’t receive your response by 3:00 PM the next day, the appointment is automatically cancelled, and we will reach out again to reschedule.

1. Submit a damage report:
Report the issue or maintenance request through the My Business platform, clearly describing the problem and attaching relevant photos.
2. Receive appointment proposal:
Within 24 hours, you’ll receive our proposed appointment details (date, time, location, and work description) via email or SMS.
3. Confirm or reject the appointment:
Use the link provided in the communication to confirm or reject your appointment by 3:00 PM. If no response is received by this deadline, the appointment is automatically cancelled.

- Regularly check your emails and SMS to respond timely.
- Ensure your bike is accessible at the scheduled location and time to avoid additional costs such as no-show fees.
