Does the bike I purchased come with a warranty?

All our bikes come with a 12-month warranty. Click here [Recycled warranty] for more information about the warranty. If the bike has a valid manufacturer’s warranty, this will be stated separately in the bike description.

How do I know if the bike is the right size?

The size recommended by the manufacturer is listed in the bike description. If you are unsure about the size, you can contact us (hallo@yeply.nl) or book a test ride.

How do I know what condition the bike is in?

All our bikes undergo a thorough inspection and maintenance. We classify the bikes based on their condition.

Can I take the bike for a test ride?

You can test ride the bikes at the Recycled store in Almere Buiten. You can easily book a test ride on each bike’s page under “Book a test ride.”

How is the bike delivered?

If you prefer, you can pick up your bike for free at our store. If you choose home delivery, the bike will be delivered directly to your home.

Can I get a Yeply Recycled bike as a company bike?

At the moment, this is not yet possible, but we are working on making it available. Keep an eye on our website or email us at hallo@yeply.nl to stay informed.
