Instructions:

- Scan the QR code provided on the flyer or visit the password reset page directly from the Yeply login screen.

Enter Your Email Address:
- Type your email address in the field provided.

Check Your Email:
- Look for an email from Yeply in your inbox, including the SPAM folder, with the subject "Reset Your Password."
- Click on the "Set Password" link in the email, which will direct you to the password setup page (last screenshot).

Set a New Password:
- Enter your new password and confirm it. Ensure it meets the criteria: at least 10 characters, not similar to personal information, commonly used passwords, or previously used passwords.
Tips:
- Choose a strong password that includes a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
- Avoid using easily guessable information like names or birthdates.
Troubleshooting:
- If you do not receive the password reset email, ensure you entered the correct email address and check your spam folder.
- If issues persist, contact Yeply support at hallo@yeply.nl.
